Launette Woolforde, EdD, DNP, RN-BC, FAAN
Dr. Launette Woolforde became the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President for Northwell Health; Lenox Hill Hospital, Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, and Lenox Health Greenwich Village in March 2021. Dr. Woolforde was formerly the Vice President for Nursing Education & Professional Development for the Northwell Health enterprise, the largest private employer in NY State, and Asst. Professor at the Hofstra-Northwell School of Medicine.  Her innovations in clinical education model uses an NPD foundation to integrate nurse-led initiatives as solutions for healthcare’s toughest challenges regionally, nationally, and internationally. Her model has produced new competency standards for the profession and positioned nursing as leaders in health professions education.

Jennifer Bodine, DNP, FNP-C, NPD-BC, CEN
Dr. Jenn Bodine is an NPD program manager for ANPD and CEO of Coeus Consulting, LLC. She facilitates ANPD’s Leadership and Evidence-based Practice Academies and the NPD certification preparation course. Certified as a nurse practitioner, NPD specialist and in emergency nursing, she obtained her ADN at Western Nevada Community College, an MSN at Walden University, an MHA at Chapman University, DNP at California State University in Fresno, and FNP at Eastern Kentucky University. She is a co-chair for the Simulation in Transition for Practice committee for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. She is also the editor for the Preceptorship column for the Journal for Nursing Professional Development. Jenn frequently presents to preceptors about leadership and overcoming barriers to success and NPD practitioners about leadership and demonstrating the value of the specialty.

Bonnie Clipper
Dr. Bonnie Clipper is an expert in the nursing innovation space and was the first vice president of innovation for the American Nurses Association where she created the innovation framework that is inspiring 4 million registered nurses to participate in innovation to transform health. Bonnie currently works in health technology and has spent more than 20 years in executive nursing roles.  She is a top nurse influencer in LinkedIn and speaks internationally on nurse-led innovation and the future of nursing. Dr. Clipper is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Executive Nurse Fellow alumna and an ASU/AONE Executive Fellow in Health Innovation Leadership alumna.

Dr. Clipper has published on the impact of AI and robots on nursing practice, was the lead author on the Amazon, international best-seller The Nurse’s Guide to InnovationThe Innovation Roadmap: A Guide for Nurse Leaders and The Nurse Managers Guide to an Intergenerational Workforce.

Renee Davis, MSN, RN, NPD-BC
Renee Davis is the CEO and Founder of ProDevo Design and Consulting and is an ANCC Board Certified Nursing Professional Development Specialist and Consultant, with 19 years of Nursing experience. Her clinical specialty is in Adult Med Surg and she works in Nursing education, in both academia and professional development. Renee’s passion is in providing transformative education and professional development that drives nurse learner engagement, and making the experience more memorable and meaningful for everyone involved, through the integration of educational technology tools and strategies. Her mantra is “engage them and they will learn”, underscoring her strong appreciation for the role in which intentional education technology integration plays in learner outcomes and satisfaction.  Renee also supports the increased use of the Design Thinking methodology and believes this human, learner-centered approach should be at the core of how we structure education for staff and students.  She has a firm belief that if nurse learners are engaged in their professional development and educators create a culture of continuous learning, staff and students will be more engaged with patient care and feel more confident translating concepts from book to bedside, reducing error and increasing patient satisfaction.

Maggie Hubbell
Maggie Hubbell is an experienced entrepreneur and executive leader with a passion for scaling and growing startups with a social mission. She ran 3 successful technology startups, including as CEO/Co-Founder of Agency Revolution which she led to a strategic acquisition. She brings her experience leading technology companies, and her expertise in designing and delivering strategy-focused curriculum for adult learners, to expand Shift’s mission of delivering great training that has an impact on the nursing industry and advancing health equity. Maggie has held numerous board positions advancing equity in technology industries and that support women in STEM careers.

Wendy Morgan
CEO, Founder
Wendy has over 25 years experience teaching, training, and designing innovative learning platforms – along with extensive experience designing products and leading teams in development and sales.  As a recipient of 5 grants, including one from the National Science Foundation, and in her current role as CEO, she has been able to expand her work in promoting cutting-edge technologies that support great learning outcomes and that always include a focus on equity and inclusion. She has designed and developed virtual reality experiences as a powerful tool to improve learner outcomes. As CEO and founder of Shift, she is expanding her mission, delivering immersive training to nurses and nursing students, on practical and soft skills to address the most pressing societal needs of today.

Jillian A. Russell, MSN, RN, NPD-BC
Jillian Russell is a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Program Manager for the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD). She has obtained her BSN from Western Michigan University, an MSN from Vanderbilt University, and has been an active member of ANPD since 2014. Jillian has been certified in NPD since 2015 and has extensive primary nurse planner experience at the approved provider unit level, and serves as the Accredited Provider Program Director for ANPD’s accredited provider unit. She also serves as a Peer Reviewer for both the Ohio and Montana Nurses Associations. Jillian manages ANPD’s webinar programming, the monthly newsletter–TrendLines, the professional development (PD) associate workgroup, co-hosts the NPD Forecast podcast and is passionate about creativity and innovations in nursing education and professional development.
