Join educator Robert Irving, III, Musical Director of the Miles Electric Band and former collaborator with the iconic Ramsey Lewis and legendary trumpeter Miles Davis, as he leads an ensemble of students and veteran Chicago Jazz musicians for a musical interpretation of leadership and learning, that makes collaboration and innovation possible.

Staying Out of the Grey Zone
Staying Out of the Grey Zone addresses the importance of leaders in professional development effectively leading and managing through the professional behavior continuum. Accredited Provider Program Directors (often NPD specialists or practitioners), nurse planners and facilitators of learning such as preceptors are well positioned to provide performance feedback using The Caring Model. Staying Out of the Grey Zone offers techniques for identifying and communicating higher levels of performance expectations to support effective change management and care excellence.
