Concurrent Sessions

Eight time blocks with 120 concurrent educational sessions to choose from (choose from several sessions within a time block. Only 20 of all the sessions will be offered in the virtual component, so it advised not to select any of those 20, so that you may earn CNE from those when viewing on demand.)

Posters

16 posters groups with 177 posters to view.

Eight of the 16 poster groups with 85 posters of the 177 to view. For those attending in-person, viewed posters cannot be claimed twice. The 85 chosen posters are selected from those posters at the conference.

Total CNE Credit Hours Offered

24 CNE credit hours from the 8 concurrent sessions selected and 20 CNE from posters viewed (20 CNE can be earned from virtual concurrent sessions as long as they are not the same sessions attended in-person and none can be earned by posters) for a total up to 44 CNEs

  • All substitutions and TBD updates MUST be completed by September 23, 2022.

  • Payment issues create delays at registration. If there is an issue, please ensure it is resolved before you arrive at the conference. Contact ancc@mcievents.com for payment inquires.
  • The email address you registered with is used for your CNE records and gives you access to the conference app. Contact ancc@mcievents.com if you need your confirmation email resent.
  • If you are part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have completed their registration.
  • Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates are completed by September 23, 2022.
  • If you have no pending transactions at registration, please pick up your badge at Express Check-in.
  • Finally, print and bring your barcode. It will be emailed to you one week before the start of the conference. This barcode will assist with a speedy check-in. Please email ancc@mcievents.com if you do not receive a barcode by October 6, 2022.

Badge Pickup Begins Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

  • Registration is open Wednesday, October 12, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 7:00 p.m.
  • Plan to pick up your conference badge and materials on Wednesday for a fast and easy registration experience. 
  • Have your Express Check In barcode readily available when checking in. 
  • Don’t forget your mask and proof of vaccination.

Deadline for receipt of cancellations: 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 23, 2022. 

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ancc@mcievents.com and should include the registration ID number and registrant name(s).
  • Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
  • Tickets to additional events/meetings, and preconference events are nonrefundable.
  • Donations are nonrefundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 23, 2022.
  • September 24: Change fee of $50 will be incurred to those that switch from in-person to virtual.
  • Promotions/discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased individual or group registrations. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.
  • Refunds are not issued for no-shows.
  • Refunds for canceled registrations that have been approved are processed within four to six weeks after the close of the conference.
  • Due to processing costs, only overpayments in excess of $35 will be considered for refunds. Please ensure that payments include the correct dollar amount to avoid overpayment.
  • ANCC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ANCC, which includes, without limitation, computer-related attacks, hacking, earthquakes, governmental regulation, fire, flood, labor difficulties, civil disorder, public health crisis, or acts of terrorism and acts of God (“Force Majeure Events”). In the event the Magnet/Pathway conference is cancelled due to Force Majeure Events, ANCC reserves the right to either retain the entire registration fee and credit it toward a future ANCC event or reimburse the registrant after deducting costs already incurred by ANCC, which could not be recovered from third parties.
