Can’t make it to the in-person conference? For those who are unable to attend the event in-person in Atlanta, ANCC has created a virtual platform with access to most of the concurrent and poster sessions. You may register for the Virtual Access only. All in-person attendees will also have access to the virtual platform until December 31 and do not need to register for both.

  • September 30, 2021: The option to pay by check, wire or ACH ends (allow adequate time for check processing by your facility).
  • September 30, 2021: Last day to make a switch and all group registrations must be assigned.
  • September 30, 2021: Last day to request Full conference cancellation and receive a refund less the administrative fee ($200).
  • October 1, 2021: Refund request are no longer accepted for cancellations received.
  • October 1, 2021: All registrations must be paid online with a debit/credit card.
  • November: Barcodes used to check in at registration will be emailed to all paid registrants.
  • November 10–12, 2021: Registration Check In opens

A minimum of four registrants from the same facility or system must register and pay at the same time.

  • You may register and pay for TBD attendees and fill in their names by September 30, 2021.
  • Promo codes do not apply to group registration.
  • Group discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased individual registrations.
  • Registrations are not considered complete until full payment is made.
  • Registrants will not be permitted into any conference events until balance is reconciled.

Deadline for receipt of cancellations: 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 30, 2021.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ancc@mcievents.com and should include the registration ID number and registrant name(s).
  • Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
  • All full conference cancellations are subject to a $200 administrative fee per registrant.
  • If you are paying by ACH or wire transfer, payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. Your registration will be subject to cancellation or increase in registration fee if payment is not received in 14 days.
  • Tickets to additional events/meetings, and preconference events are nonrefundable.
  • Donations are nonrefundable.
  • Full conference cancellations notice received on or before September 30, 2021 will receive a full refund less the $200 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 30, 2021.
  • Promotions/discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased individual or group registrations. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.
  • Refunds are not issued for no-shows.
  • Refunds for canceled registrations that have been approved are processed within four to six weeks after the close of the conference.
  • Due to processing costs, only overpayments in excess of $35 will be considered for refunds. Please ensure that payments include the correct dollar amount to avoid overpayment.
  • ANCC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ANCC, which includes, without limitation, computer-related attacks, hacking, earthquakes, governmental regulation, fire, flood, labor difficulties, civil disorder, public health crisis, or acts of terrorism and acts of God (“Force Majeure Events”). In the event the Magnet/Pathway conference is cancelled due to Force Majeure Events, ANCC reserves the right to either retain the entire registration fee and credit it toward a future ANCC event or reimburse the registrant after deducting costs already incurred by ANCC, which could not be recovered from third parties.
