Virtual Access Registration

Not able to attend the in-person conference in Chicago? No need to fret. Experience the virtual conference! We have created a virtual platform with access to a limited number of educational sessions and poster viewings.

Virtual sessions are comprised of twenty pre-recorded sessions that will cover both Magnet and Pathway to Excellence (PTE) topics. Fifteen of these pre-recorded sessions are NEW presentations that are not included in the in-person conference.  Five of the pre-recorded sessions are considered a “Must See” and will be presented at the in-person conference and pre-recorded for the virtual platform.  *Please note: the five pre-recorded sessions may slightly differ if viewed in-person; however, the overall content will remain the same.  There are also eight poster groups (85 posters) to view. A total of up to 28 CNE credits can be earned.

You may register for Virtual Access only. All in-person attendees will automatically have access to the virtual access platform until December 4, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. ET. and DO NOT need to register for both. Virtual Access only registrants will also have access until December 4.

CONTINUING NURSING EDUCATION (CNE) HOURS:

Once again, we are offering a virtual access component. Individuals can register for virtual access only or they can register to attend the conference in-person. When registering for the in-person event, attendees will automatically be given access to the virtual component, so there is no need to register for both. For individuals who register for the virtual access component only, they may earn up to 28 CNE. This includes 20 concurrent sessions and 8 poster group sessions (85 posters in all). For individuals, who register for the in-person conference and have automatic access to the virtual component, they may earn up to 44 CNE with in-person and virtual access combined. This includes 8 concurrent sessions and 16 CNE from posters viewed (in-person) and up to an additional 20 CNE via virtual access.

Note: In-person attendees may not claim CNE credit for the matching virtual concurrent session or poster sessions previously attended at the conference itself. Therefore, whichever in-person session you are unable to attend while in Chicago, you may view the sessions offered virtually and earn CNE credits for it. You may not claim CNE for the same session twice. All those attending the event in-person will automatically have access to the virtual sessions.
